Delete your Zoomandos account
You can delete your account yourself, in the app or in the browser. It takes less than a minute.
How
- Open Zoomandos (the app, or play.zoomandos.com) and sign in to your account.
- Open My Area, then Settings, scroll to your account and tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
What is deleted
- your e-mail address, your password and your friend code;
- your leaderboard entries, trophies and campaign progress;
- your friend list and the players you blocked;
- the notification registrations of all your devices (push notifications);
- your nickname: it is replaced by a random one everywhere it was shown (games, lobby chat);
- you are signed out on all other devices.
What stays
- Games you played and maps you published stay, under the new random name; nobody can tell they were yours. Delete your maps before you delete the account if you want them gone.
- The device you deleted from goes on as an anonymous guest (its running games continue). Removing the app or its data ends that too.
- Blocks that other players set against you, and reports about players, are kept for a limited time (up to 180 days) to protect other players.
You cannot sign in?
Write to us using the contact address in the imprint, from the e-mail address of the account, and we will delete it for you.
